New Hope School is helping to break
the cycle of poverty by giving children the hope and dignity of an
education. In India is estimated that 50% of the children do
not have the opportunity to get a good education, thus keeping
generations in illiteracy and poverty.
New Hope School opened its doors in
2003 with 30 students and today there are over 400 children
enrolled in Pre-Kindergarten to 9th grade. Next year they
plan to add the final grade, the 10th level classes, which will
enable them to educate the children from Pre-K to 10th grade. This
will allow a child to complete their entire school years at New
Hope School.
As you can see in the pictures, with
the growth of the school and the addition of the 10th grade there
is an immediate need for an additional six classrooms. Please
PRAY for the teachers and staff at New Hope School. Also pray that
God will provide the six new classrooms, the additional school
desks and the teachers that will be needed.
